By accessing and using the CodRadioAuto.ro service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you confirm that:

• You have full legal capacity to enter into contracts
• You are at least 18 years old
• You have read, understood and fully accepted these terms and conditions
• You have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy

If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Service Description

CodRadioAuto.ro provides a radio unlock code delivery service for the following car brands and models:

• Renault: various models equipped with compatible radio systems
• Dacia: various models equipped with compatible radio systems
• Nissan: various models equipped with compatible radio systems
• Ford: specific models equipped with compatible radio systems

Service delivery process:

1. The user enters the radio pre-code (format: 1 letter + 3 digits, e.g.: A123)
2. The system checks code availability in the database
3. If the code is available, the user makes the online payment
4. After payment confirmation, the code is delivered instantly by email
5. The user receives permanent access to the code via a personalized link (magic link)

4. Pricing and Payment Methods

4.1. Pricing Structure

The radio unlock code delivery service costs 2 EURO per code.

4.2. Payment Methods

Payments are processed through Stripe, an international payment processing provider, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay

Payment security: We do not store your bank card data. All transactions are processed directly through Stripe, complying with international PCI-DSS security standards.

4.3. Order Confirmation

After making the payment, you will receive:

1. Payment confirmation email from Stripe
2. Email from CodRadioAuto.ro with the unlock code and instructions
3. Permanent link (magic link) for future access to the code

Delivery time: INSTANT - the code is delivered automatically within 2 minutes of payment confirmation.

5. Service Delivery

The service is digital and is delivered electronically by email to the address specified by the customer when placing the order.

5.1. Delivery Content

The delivery email contains:

• The radio unlock code (format: 4 digits)
• Step-by-step instructions for entering the code
• Permanent access link to the code (magic link)
• Contact details for technical support

5.2. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing a valid and functional email address
• Checking the "Spam" / "Junk" folder if the email does not appear in the inbox
• Keeping the permanent link (magic link) safe
• Using the code correctly according to the provided instructions

6. Guarantees and Limitations

6.1. Service Guarantee

We guarantee that:

• The provided code is extracted from our verified database
• Delivery is made within 2 minutes of payment confirmation
• The code is permanently accessible via magic link
• We offer technical support for unlocking issues

6.2. Liability Limitations

We DO NOT guarantee the code will work in the following situations:

• The pre-code entered by the customer is incorrect
• The radio has been replaced or modified after manufacture
• The radio has hardware defects
• Multiple incorrect codes have been entered previously (radio permanently locked)
• The radio is not compatible with our database

6.3. Cases of Non-Functioning

If the provided code does not work for reasons independent of the customer (wrong code, technical issue), the customer may request:

• Additional verification and retransmission of correct code
• Full refund of the amount paid

7. Right of Withdrawal

According to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days calendaristice without needing to justify the reason.

7.1. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

IMPORTANT: According to art. 16, letter (m) of Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, the right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply for:

When placing the order, by checking the "I accept the terms and conditions" box, you confirm that:

• You request IMMEDIATE delivery of the digital service
• You understand that you will receive the code INSTANTLY by email
• You waive the right of withdrawal from the moment the code is delivered

7.2. Refund in Case of Non-Functioning

Even if you waive the right of withdrawal, you retain the right to a FULL refund if:

• The provided code is incorrect (our mistake)
• The service was not delivered as described
• There are technical issues attributable to the provider

7.3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund:

1. Send an email to contact@codradioauto.ro with the subject "Refund Request"
2. Include: email used for order, pre-code, problem description
3. We will analyze the request within 2 business days
4. If the request is approved, the refund is made within 14 days to the card used for payment

8. Terms of Use

8.1. Permitted Use

The service may be used EXCLUSIVELY for:

• Unlocking the radio of your OWN vehicle
• Personal, non-commercial use
• Compliance with applicable legislation

8.2. Prohibited Use

It is strictly forbidden to:

• Resell or distribute obtained codes
• Use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Automate access to the platform (bots, scraping)
• Attempt to compromise system security
• Share the permanent link (magic link) with third parties

9. Technical Limitations (Rate Limiting)

For system protection and abuse prevention, we apply automatic limitations:

• Maximum 5 checks per IP per hour
• Maximum 20 checks per IP per day
• Temporary block in case of suspicious activity

These limitations do not affect normal users, but protect against automated attacks.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights over the Service (design, source code, content, logo, database) belong exclusively to GHIOCA EDUARD-GEORGIAN SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP.

The unlock code: After payment, you purchase the usage license of the code for the specific vehicle, NOT ownership of the code itself.

11. Personal Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.

11.1. Data Collected

• Email: for code delivery and communication
• IP Address: for security and abuse prevention
• Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe (we do not store them)
• Browser/device: for technical optimization

11.2. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you benefit from:

• Right of access to personal data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to data portability
• Right to object
• Right to lodge a complaint with the ANSPDCP

12. No Affiliation with Manufacturers

CodRadioAuto.ro is an independent service, not officially affiliated with:

• Renault / Groupe Renault
• Dacia / Automobile Dacia
• Nissan Motor Company
• Ford Motor Company

The mentioned brands and logos are the property of their respective manufacturers and are used exclusively for informational purposes.

13. Changes to Service and Terms

13.1. Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Update the code database
• Improve the interface and functionalities
• Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance (with notice)
• Change prices (with prior notice of at least 7 days)

13.2. Terms Changes

We may update these terms and conditions. In case of significant changes:

• We publish the new version on the website
• We notify users by email (if we have a valid address)
• Changes take effect 7 days after publication

Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

14. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law.

15. Severability

If any of the clauses of these terms and conditions is declared null, invalid or inapplicable, the remaining clauses remain in force and produce full legal effects.
